Vehicle listed above 90ps, with dual mass flywheel.
I recovered this van a few nights back after the owner lost pedal pressure.
Slave had blown its rubber around plunger hence fluid everywhere.
The new slave and clutch fitted also changed master due to its age but goes into gear but clutch right out and nothing doesn't move.
I even tried the old clutch after cleaning it but it's just the same.
I originally thought it may be the release bearing but it goes into gear.
I haven't tried to see if it will go in gear without the pedal being pressed but will do in a short while.
Any suggestions (please help)
Regards
Brian

Unfortunately, we don't have this vehicle in the USA until 2011 so we don't have a manual on it.

However, this sounds like we have a larger issue than just a clutch issue.

Have we confirmed that the clutch is engaging and disengaging when you press the clutch? It sounds like you did, however, if the clutch engages and it goes in gear but still does not move then the input shaft may be broken.

Basically, if the clutch is engaging the flywheel and it is spinning then the input shaft is going to be spinning as well but if you have no movement then it sounds like the power is not being transferred through the input.

What happened when this blew apart? Was it a dramatic event that could have caused the input shaft to break?

I am not sure on this vehicle, but you should have an input speed sensor and then an output speed sensor. If the input speed sensor is spinning or showing RPM and the output is not, then the issue is inside the transmission.

I would start with this and go from there.
