no cruise control srs light on

srs light came on a few days ago then the cruise control quit working. I have checked the fuses} switch for continuity no power to the black cruise control box.

Suspect a broken clock spring. That's a wound-up ribbon cable in a plastic housing under the steering wheel. Most likely your horn doesn't work either.
