No crank, unable to shift out of park?

The PRNDL does not light up either. Checked fuses.

I have checked PCM fuses and changed the starter relay. No change. I have made arrangements to use an advanced scanner tomorrow to see if there are any codes in the PCM.

Yep, to me it sounds like a bad battery, I would remove it and take it down to the auto parts store for testing. You can use this video as a test as well.
