Engine shut off and will not restart

I have a no start issue. it just shut off and would not restart. I have tried everything all the combos of turn this, unlock lock, turn, twist, jump, hold for thirty seconds, put terminals together, nothing.

Does the engine actually crank over and just not start, or do you turn the key and no sound-no crank-nothing? Here is a no crank-no start tutorial for you to view:

Thank you for responding. no, it does not turn over and the security light flashes. I have tried everything to reset the system but nothing works.
