Hello,

When you try to jump it or after installing the new battery, what does it do?
Does it crank the engine or just make clicking noise?

If you are just getting a clicking noise it could be due to a faulty starter. It can also be a corroded or loose wire for the starter.
Make sure that the starter cable is secured and free of any corrosion. Also make sure that the battery terminals are clean and secure as well.

You have listed the vehicle as a 2013 Lincoln town car; however, Lincoln did not make the Town car in 2013.
Please confirm the year and the model of the vehicle (and engine size). This could help us with providing any other relevant information.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
