No crank no start wiring issues...HELP?

No crank no start found a broken black and white wire. Grounded it. I think. Also the main red wire coming from the round hole in ecm connector was broken I reminded a new wire but still no crank . I tried the paper clip trick and it cranks but still no start .

Yep, I can help you. IF the PCM is not triggering the starter the engine will not run no matter what you do, this is because the PCM needs to see the start procedure. So the first thing we need to do is run the codes. This video will help

Please send us a clear picture of the broken black/white wire and the repaired red wire at the PCM connector. If possible, include the PCM connector itself so we can identify the connector cavity/pin location. Then we can use the wiring diagram to determine exactly where those wires belong rather than guessing and potentially damaging the PCM. Please let me know the codes you find.
