Had a fuel problem which turned out to be the tipm, so I replaced it with one from a salvage yard. Same thing happened so I returned it and got my old one back. When I reinstalled that one I I didn't even get a crank. So I ordered a remanufactured tipm online, installed it following their procedure instructions. It was going fine until I did the global reset. After that I reconnected the battery and now I have no power at the cluster, no electronics, no crank, no start.

Yep, it sounds like the rebuilt TIPM went out but I would check the electrical connectors to the TIPM to make sure none are melted or corroded. Also check the battery cables to make sure there are clean and secure. If you don't do the reset correctly it can blow out the TIPM, here is a video for reference.

The TIPM self learns FYI so no programming is needed. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on :)
