No crank, no start, no power?

Car stalled going down the road. Couldn't get it to start. Now I have a fully charged battery, a good starter and alternator. I have zero power throughout. No dash or headlights.

It sounds like the positive battery cable needs to be replaced. here is how which should fix the problem. Also, make sure the battery cables and clean and secure.
