No crank no start but have power?

Okay, I replaced PCM with my VIN, so it was a plug n play because code p0601 showed up and there was the no crank no start then and after installing new PCM it has same problem. The battery, starter, ignition switch, relay, fuses, all either been replaced or checked and when I pull starter relay and put a wire in 87 and 30 it will fire up.

Can I ask if the security light is flashing? If so, this is the problem, also the code is telling us the PCM is not programmed correctly.

The code P0601 for a 2001 Dodge Ram indicates an internal control module memory checksum error.

You might want to try a hard system reboot.
