On the diagram, you can see the PCM provides the ground for the starter relay and the power is obviously coming from the ignition switch. There is a fuse box under the dash, (drivers side). Fuse number 37 is power to the starter relay with the ignition switch in start. If you have power at fuse 37 while in start position, go to starter relay. Pin 85 of the starter relay should have power in start. Easy to check, pull the relay out and put your test light on Pin 85 and crank the engine, should light up. Any of this help so far? You can test the wiring to the starter easily but jumping out pin 87 and 30 with the relay out. The engine will crank over, let us know what you find or if you have already checked all this.
