This is a DOHC. All lights come on dash, no theft lamp, starter is brand new. Power to starter, nothing from trigger wire-all fuses and relays are good. I have been on this for two days now and do not know what or where to test next. Can anyone please, please help on what to check next?

So at your starter relay, (here is the diagram) I am assuming you have no power on white/pink wire going to starter solenoid. (Your trigger wire on the starter itself). Highlighted in yellow.

On the diagram, you can see the PCM provides the ground for the starter relay and the power is obviously coming from the ignition switch. There is a fuse box under the dash, (drivers side). Fuse number 37 is power to the starter relay with the ignition switch in start. If you have power at fuse 37 while in start position, go to starter relay. Pin 85 of the starter relay should have power in start. Easy to check, pull the relay out and put your test light on Pin 85 and crank the engine, should light up. Any of this help so far? You can test the wiring to the starter easily but jumping out pin 87 and 30 with the relay out. The engine will crank over, let us know what you find or if you have already checked all this.
