Need exact location of neutral (Transfer, Ranger Sensor) position (Positive, Safety) switch and what does it look like (too many names for this one part). It's the next step in my diagnosis of the problem. Already verified all relays in IPDM are working okay. Can start vehicle by bypassing starter relay. A secondary issue or related once started, in drive, vehicle is in limp mode.

Hello, here is the diagram of the Park Position Switch (Neutral Safety Switch). The Shift Interlock is located in the center console, but the Park Position Switch is down on the transmission. There may be diagnostic trouble codes stored in either the Transmission Control Unit or the Engine Control Unit. You'll see in the descriptions below that if a malfunction signal is received by the transmission a number of components are disabled for safety reasons.
So, the Limp Mode issue can be a fault somewhere else, not necessarily the Park Position Sensor. It's just doing the Disabling of the Starter Relay and other components, you may have to have a full system scan done on the whole vehicle.
