No crank, no start

Turn the key, dash goes black, does not crank, does not start. We have tried jump starting it. We have replaced the starter and the fuse bar on top of the battery with no luck. No ignition fuses seem to be blown. What else could be the cause?

This is a connection problem with the ground or positive battery cable which my guess would be the positive cable. Here is a guide and diagrams to help you replace the positive cable:
