I have the car listed above SS model.
I have had a no crank no start, not turning on or starting no audible click with starter either. Just put a brand-new starter in the car and I am still experiencing the same exact issue.

Good morning,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

You need to test for any power to the starter solenoid with the key in the start position.

This could be a bad starter, relay, or park/neutral switch.

I am guessing I will use a test light to test the purple wire at the starter for power then?

That will be fine. It should have power only in the start position.

Okay, as soon as I get home I will start testing. Also not sure if this rules out the Neutral Safety Switch but the car doesn't start in neutral either.

Check and see if the backup lights work. If they work, then you may be correct.

As I stated, the key needs to be in the start position, not the on position.

Try it that way and let me know.
