No crank no start?

So my vehicle was out of my sight/possession for about a month as it was impounded after return no crank no start fully charged battery, changed main relay and starter still nothing happens everything powers on but nothing turns over how do I check for signal at starter and where if any is the starter relay located?

It does sound like the starter has gone out, here is how to check the trigger signal and a video to help you as well:

The starter cut relay is under the dash on the driver's side. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
