No crank starter does not engage?

I’m having issues with this srx4 starter does not engage or turn with either key I’ve tested all fuses and relays with know good ones the only way the starter engages is with jumping pins 30-87 however it dose not turn only engaging the bendix gonna try a bilateral scan tool but I need sum help on this please

Have you replaced the relay? That is what sounds faulty. If you jump pins 30 and 87 and the starter engages, the only other thing would be if pins 85 and 86 either get no power or no ground to actuate the relay, or the relay is bad.

Also, if the bendix is the only thing that engages and the starter doesn't turn the engine, make sure you have a good connection between the battery and starter. If you do, chances are the starter itself is faulty.
