No crank no start

Battery good new ignition switch, new starter,replaced BCM and ECM. pass-lock light comes on then off right away.with the key in off position I have 12v to the white wire and orange . any advice?

Do you have a test light or volt meter to do some checks at the starter relay?

relays and fuses are good.i have voltage at white wire and orange wire (of the ignition switch)
but when i turnkey to start all lights stop working, no sound.nothing. is this a pass-lock issue?

How did you test the relays and fuses?

The diagram I sent you need to test The purple wire at the starter solenoid for power in the start position.
