No crank no start

Battery good new ignition switch, new starter, replaced BCM and ECM. Pass-lock light comes on then off right away. With the key in off position I have 12v to the white wire and orange. Any advice?

Relays and fuses are good.I have voltage at white wire and orange wire (of the ignition switch)
but when I turnkey to start all lights stop working, no sound. Nothing. Is this a pass-lock issue?

How did you test the relays and fuses?

The diagram I sent you need to test The purple wire at the starter solenoid for power in the start position.
