instrument cluster comes on, but the engine will not crank or anything?

When I turn the key fob the instrument cluster comes on but won’t crank or anything. Just acts as if the battery is drained. Check battery and appears fine and terminals are clean. Still nothing. The next day starts just fine without delay. There was a recall on the win module that was replaced at the time, so I hope that has nothing to do with it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Chances are #1 the starter motor is going bad or #2 the starter relay is bad or #3 TIPM is going bad. When the engine does not crank over, we need to test the starter solenoid trigger wire for power.

If the wire has power when cranking and the starter is not working the starter is bad. If not, it could be the starter relay or TIPM. Here are the starter wiring diagrams and how to change the starter out in case you need it. The starter relay is inside the TIPM under the hood. Check out the images (below).
