No crank, no start

I am having issues with the van I bought. it started with me having to turn the key over a couple of times unit it finally cranked. Sometimes it crank and started working with out a problems. And sometimes it will not crank at all. No click or anything. Had battery, and starter tested.

Even though you have the starter tested it still could be the starter. It could have a bad spot which only shows up every once and a while. When the engine wont crank use a test light to check for power at the small trigger wire.
