I am having issues with the van I bought. It started with me having to turn the key over a couple of times unit it finally cranked. Sometimes it crank and started working with out a problems. And sometimes it will not crank at all. No click or anything. Had battery, and starter tested.

Even though you have the starter tested it still could be the starter. It could have a bad spot which only shows up every once and a while. When the engine wont crank use a test light to check for power at the small trigger wire.

Check toward the bottom of this guide to show you how. I say this because Honda has a problem with their starters working and then not.

This guide will give you an idea on how to change it out.

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
