starter not working?

replaced battery, alternator, starter. Still won't crank. Only a clicking noise. All lights and dinging sounds work, etc. No signs or symptoms leading up to this. Did blow a fuse the day before to my cigarette lighter. Please help! Could this be my relay??

This happens when the TIPM module goes out which is common but it is easy to replace because it self initializes. Just in case here are two guides to help us see what's going on the the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the TIPM replacement instructions as well:
