This is a complicated starting circuit. There are a few components that could be the problem here so I will list them all and then we will have to go down the list until we have a winner. Okay, it looks to me like the components probably are the vehicle electrical system control module, steering column electronic systems control module, ignition starter switch, and the power supply relay.
Since this is what you were asking about and it is probably going to be the easiest to test, and it is at one end of the circuit(we will just work our way backwards towards the fuse), let's start with the power supply relay. I have included all the information you will need in the diagrams down below. Please go through it and get back to us with what you find out.
