No crank and no power to starter relay?

Pulled into the gas station yesterday, went in came back out and got no crank, no click, but power to everything. Battery is 3 months old; I've tested it and it's good. I traced power from the battery back to the fuse panel where the relay is, and no power comes from pin 30.

Hi,

Pin 30 is the secondary side. Does pin 87 have power? I ask because either pin 30 or 87 should have power when the key is in the start position. That power comes from the ignition switch and the pin (87 or 30) isn't standardized, so it could be either.

I attached the starter circuit wiring schematic below so that you have a reference.

Confirm there is power to the clutch pedal safety switch as well.
