I lost the keys to my truck, so I just changed the steering column with a new key, but it won't start. It will turn and lights come on it just won't start.

Hello,

It could be that the new key needs to be programmed to the vehicle.
Do you have original key and fob for this truck?
If you do you can try this method below to see if you can reset:

Put the key in the ignition and turn from off to run for 8 times within 10 seconds.
With the 8th time stopping in run position.
The door locks should cycle.
Within 20 seconds press any button on the first key fob.
The door locks should cycle again to confirm.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
