Won't crank, turns on engine light comes on mobilizer stops flashing when goes to on when goes to start immobilizer light comes on flashing again.

Welcome to 2CarPros. The flashing immobilizer light is the issue. When it is flashing the ECU turns off spark and fuel.
Your description sounds like the ignition switch is failing. The contacts inside it are not switching the way they should and it is cutting the signal to the immobilizer when the key rotates to the start position.
