No crank

New battery and new starter, turn the key just get a clicking sound in the dash. All fuses are good. Everything works just will not crank.

Two things to check. First, make sure the starter relay is good. It is under the hood in the relay box. Here is a diagram. You are looking for number 17 If that is good, check the neutral safety switch. Here is a how to for checking it:

Also, make sure all battery terminals are clean and tight as well as main grounds.

Great to hear you found the problem. Loose connections are the bane of auto repair and it is getting worse with the miles of wire in modern vehicles.

I just saw that the problem was a loose ground. If I had a nickle for every time that happened. LOL I had a woman yesterday with a van nearly crying because she had the transmission repaired and now the car would only start on and off. When it wouldn't, sparks shot from under the hood and it scared the *#%) out of her. They forgot to tighten the ground. LOL Regardless, I'm glad it's fixed.
