No compression on cylinder three

Not for sure why I’m not getting compression in cylinder three.
I’ve done compression test and got zero compression! Other cylinders have compression. Leak down test was unsuccessful, I couldn’t hear anything in the intake or exhaust. Smoke test wasn’t too good because I couldn’t block off intake too good. I poured marvel mystery oil in the intake hoping it would clear all the carbon build up and possibly free up the rings if that was the issue, but did run a little better.

What are your thoughts? My next option is to get a bottle of Bars Leaks Gasket Sealant and see what that does just in case.

Have you tried a wet compression test? Add a small amount of oil into the bad cylinder and repeat compression test in the cylinder. If reading goes up that means problems with the ring(s). If not, possible cracked block,head or valve train problem. Here are a few tutorials to view about low compression:
