No compression

Car was brought to me with half of the engine already torn down. Was told it overheated. Tore the engine down to the block and checked the heads with a strait edge for warp-age and twist they looked good put the engine back together with new headset gasket kit. Installed new head bolts torqued to specs. Now there is no compression.

Is there no compression at all or very low on all cylinders. If on all cylinders check for a broken timing chain see if rockers work when engine is cranked over. Low compression like 75 psi on all cylinders is normally a timing chain problem.
