no compression

3.0 v6. front head all cylinders have good compression. back head all cylinders have 0 compression. removed valve cover everything looked ok. no broken timing belt. cam sensor went out and replaced that and now i have this problem. would cam sensor cause this?

Good evening,

No to the cam sensor.

If you have no compression, something happened to the engine timing and valve damage has happened.

Most likely you have bent valves and the heads will have to come off and be replaced.

You are talking major engine work.
