No cold air conditioner air

Air conditioner fuse keeps on burning out.

How quick will the fuse blow? It is either a shorted wire or a bad air conditioner compressor/clutch.

The fuse will last for about three to four minutes. I did not time it but it lasted some where around there.

The fuse for the air conditioner compressor or the inside blower fan ?

air conditioner compressor. When I replace the fuse the clutch engages until the fuse blows.

If the wires to the compressor aren't shorted to ground then you probably have a bad air conditioner compressor clutch or air conditioner compressor itself.
