My car has a No Bus on the gauge cluster, there is no power to anything?

The only thing I get power to are the headlights, they come on even though they're off. this model year don't have day runners only when I turn the key but other than that I have no power to anything; just a No Bus and headlights come on when I turn my key over.

This happens when the IPM goes out which is easy to replace because it it-self learns. Here are the instructions and location of the IPM so you can change it out to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
