No brake pressure?

Changed brake pads, bleed out breaks and still no pressure have to use emergency brake.

Why did you bleed the system, and how did you do that? Does this car have anti-lock brakes? At any time during this service, did the brake fluid reservoir run empty? What problems or symptoms were there before this service?
