Brake lights not working?

2001 LINCOLN TOWN CAR
200,000 MILES • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I have the car listed above Executive and have no brake lights. so, I put new fuses in it and all new bulbs and change brake switch and still no brake lights and when I touch the brake light switch it made my interior light flickered and drained battery and also, the transmission will not shift out of park, but will in neutral. please help me.

Yep, first check all of the fuses but it sounds like you have a lighting control module that is out which is common on these cars here is the location so you can change it out to fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
