Brake pedal goes to the floor, no brakes and brake light is on

This sounds like a master cylinder that is failing.

1. Remove brake lines from the master cylinder.
2. Remove mounting nuts from the master cylinder.
3. Remove master cylinder.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: If master cylinder is replaced bleed cylinder before installation.

1. Install master cylinder on booster mounting studs.
2. Install mounting nuts and tighten to 18 Nm (160 inch lbs.)
3. Install brake lines and tighten to 19 Nm (170 inch lbs.)
4. Fill and bleed base brake system.

More then likely you have one of two things. Either air in the system either from a leak or it just has not been bled out, or you have an internal leak allowing the pressure to bleed out of the master cylinder.

Here is a guide that will help with this basic information but we need to start with checking for external leaks. If you find any we clearly need to fix those and bleed the brakes.

If there are no external leaks, I would suggest bleeding the brakes just to see if you get any air out. If not, then I suspect the master cylinder has an internal leak.

I'm sorry for typos. the brakes light on dash came on first then the ABS light in dash came on second and then the check engine light came on too. I had a rear passenger flat tire and the guy I paid to fix it couldn't get to my spare so he put a smaller tire 205 60 r15 on my rim. my other 3 tires were 215 75 r15. I drove like this for two weeks and the brakes problem occurred after they put tire on. They had hard time sealing tire on my rim they started it a fire many times to seal it and they lifted my truck up with a tractor because they didn't have a jack and they dropped it hard several times and they also bent and broke my bumper from my truck. Also yesterday I had to drive in town and brakes would not work coming down hill and I had make fast turn and my front sway bar stabilizer link passenger side broke off. I'm not sure if all the stuff they did that day with changing my tire was some cause of this but brakes were fine before this event I am so scared and so very sick with my cancer Lyme disease malaria that I can't take much more if people taking advantage of me and ruining my my truck which has been home for a year and half now. Thanks so much for considering helping me I greatly appreciate it so much you can't understand.

The reason for the ABS light is the tire. The module is seeing a different roll speed from the tire being smaller.

That is not the reason for no pedal. That is mechanical and is still most likely a master cylinder.

Brakes were bled yesterday and they say no air no fluid came from lines. First 5 times pressed the brakes with bleeder open and nothing came out and then next few times just a little bit few drops fluid came out from bleeder.

That is an indication of a master cylinder.

The pressure is built up inside and sent to the wheels.
