Went to leave driveway and had no pressure to brake pedal at all. checked brake fluid and it was fine. i know my rear brakes need serviced with new shoes. i since removing brake drums have seen a wheel cylinder with a slight leak. but no big amounts of fluid loss. nothing rendering the pedal with pressure at all. could it be the master cylinder?

The master cylinder would be the most likely. However, leaks are the other common cause.

Here is a guide. Let's start with this information and go from there.

Once we know there are no external leaks and repair all that are there we can move on. Even though the wheel cylinder was leaking a little, it could have allowed air into the system and it is causing your issue. Clearly any leak should be repaired first and then go from there. Thanks

Okay, well I looked and both wheel cylinders are bad as well as the master cylinder shows sign of leaking down the front of brake booster. All the flex hoses look good and hard lines aren't leaking anywhere.

Okay. Then I would replace each and bleed the master cylinder and then the entire system. I attached the processes from the manual. Thanks
