No brake lights no cruise control ABS light is on parking brake light is on?

Iv checked all the fuses found there is no power going to the fuse under the rear seat a 10 amp fuse for the brakes not sure what to look for before this to see why power isn't getting to the brake fuse. Im sure the cruise control isn't working because of the brake lights I already changed the brake switch under the dash on the brake peddle and now the abs and parking brake light is on I check the ignition switch and its still good checked the brake fluid level and its good what else can it be

Yep, there is a fuse that runs the stop lights and ABS system which is ST/LP fuse #12 in the fuse panel under the hood. Here is a guide to help check the fuse and to see if there is power there, also I have included the fuse locations as well in the images below.
