I have dismantled the dash to expose the motor but I cannot see how to get it out as I suspect the vent that changes the flow is broken off inside the blower compartment.

It appears the air blower goes but no air comes out the vents.
I have dismantled the dash to expose the motor but I cannot see how to get it out as I suspect the vent that changes the flow is broken off inside the blower compartment.
