No blinkers or window wiper

I have no blinkers or nothing on the multi function switch. no horn or nothing. I have checked fuses and got a new blinker and clock spring set up and still not working. can you help please?

It sounds like you lost the TIPM can you please recheck fuse number 2, 4 and 44 these power the TIPM.

Below are some diagrams to help.

If the fuses are good a shop will need to reprogram the new TIPM for you.
