Where is the flasher fuse located?

No blinkers or hazard lights. Nothing at all, no light indicator or flashing quickly. Need help locating the flasher fuse.

Hi,

The signal flasher is located on the instrument panel relay box. It is located under the dash approximate center.

I attached a pic below showing the location.
