If the turn/hazards are not working at both ends the likely issue is a failed multi-function switch. Those lights are all run through it. You can try turning the hazard light switch on/off a few times and see if the contacts start working but they usually do not.

That would be the whole stick assembly that you lift up and down for the turn signals,

Yours is inside the column on your modern Jeep, Sort of like things did not change much since 1976 (Mine is a 1977. Back then it was just called a turn signal switch and its only other function was hazards!)

Before you get too crazy.

Check all of your fuses, Actually pull 'em out and reinstall them. Being a Jeep, it is probably been subjected to the elements. Corrosion may be in the fuse connections.
