A/C and heater not working

replaced bower motor it was bad and then replaced resister, still no air from vents. don't know which fuse or relay to check to see if they're bad not blowing on any setting.

Good morning,

I attached diagrams for you of the system. Check the fuse I circled for power on both sides with a voltmeter. The fuse should have power all the time. The key does not have to be on.

It could be a blown fuse or a resistor.
