I have replaced the blower fan, the resistor, and cabin filter, still only small amount of air comes out. Fan runs in all speeds, vents will change position and low air in all vents. Any thoughts on what else to look at?

Good morning,

From your description, it sounds like there is an obstruction in the vent system not allowing any airflow to any of the outlets.

I would remove the blower fan again and see if there is anything in the ducts. Get a bright light and look up in there and look for something in the ducts.

Did your replacement motor have a new cage on the end?

I put the old cage on the new fan motor. I also have taken the fan and glove box out to see if anything was blocking it and as far as my hand could fit I didn't feel anything. I'm starting to wonder if the new motor spins opposite direction of the old one, I was going to switch the polarity and see if that works. Have you ever heard of that being a problem with replacement motors?

FYI.
It worked. Switched polarity works great now.
That one goes in the mind vault, lol.
