We need to circle back on how you checked the blower and then check voltage at the blower just to confirm you are not getting any voltage there to make sure that is the issue we are dealing with.

If you replaced the relay and resistor then I assume you are talking about the "control module" shown in the wiring diagram which is basically the resistor. Have you checked the feedback fuse that is for this blower?

If we have no voltage at the blower motor, the fuses are ok, and the resistor has been replaced then we need to check the voltage on the resistor for the blower motor control.

I assume we are going to have an HVAC control module issue but again, that is assuming all else is fine so let's start with these fuses and go from there.
