No air coming from vents?

2018 NISSAN MAXIMA

Air doesn’t blow out vents just blows on floors and defrost. Changed A/C heater head control assembly didn’t fix it also the center vents don’t rotate side to side, and it also has different temperatures blowing out floor and defrost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, this sounds like the mode actuator is not working which is common. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
