Climate control not working

Randomly the heat and A/C stopped working in the truck. There is no air at all that comes out of the heat or A/C. No lights work in the climate control section on the dashboard, but the radio, heated seats, bed lights etc., all work and light up how they should.

It sounds like you are losing power to the controller. Do me a favor. The fuse is in the fuse panel on the passenger side. I attached the wiring schematic below and highlighted the fuse.

If it is tight and in good condition, wiggle the wiring harness behind the dash to see if it causes things to stop.

If that checks good, locate the ground, which is a black wire, located behind the shifter. Inspect it as well.
