No air blowing A/C or Heat?

Daughter has the vehicle listed above. No air blowing from vents. The blower motor and resistor have been changed with no luck. Could this be an actuator problem? If so, where is it located?

When the system is on can you hear the blower motor running? If so, then yes, the actuators are not working and will cause this problem of the fan running but no air is coming out. I would look under the hood for a small plastic vacuum line that has broken.

Please let me know and upload an image if you find the broken line which should be near the firewall.

Yep, I bet you have a broken vacuum line under the hood very common.
