Code P0717, how to repair the problem?

My car is a Honda Freed. It is showing code p0717 on the diagnosis machine. How to repair the problem and where is the sensor located.

The P0717 code is a generic OBD-II diagnostic trouble code that indicates a problem with the input/turbine speed sensor circuit.

Here is the location of the sensor and how to change it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
