No A/C on driver side

I have replaced my actuator about 4/5 times because I thought it was defective, and I even replaced the gear that connects with the actuator. Still no A/C on driver side, I have seen videos where this has happened, but the issue was that whatever was inside had melted plastic on it. Another video someone added a small screw so the last tooth of the gear to stop the gear from going further and opening the hot.

Yes, I would remove the actuator and move the blend door by hand to see if it works, it could be dislodged internally which a new actuator would make no difference, also once the actuator is off leave it plugged in and turn the system on to see if the actuator is responsive. I have included the location of the correct blend door actuator in the diagrams below just in case you need it. This guide can show you what I mean:
