No fourth gear

P1391: Loss of Cam or crank and P0783: 3-4 Shift solenoid malfunction. A couple weeks ago it would stall shifting from second to third, go to higher rpm's before hitting third, then would dump into fourth. Now the the day after I pull codes it now shifts fine 1, 2, 3 then no fourth. At about 2800-3000 rpm's at 60.

Thanks for visiting us here. Let me start by asking about the first code you mentioned. Was that a typo? Did you mean a P1391?

Second, regarding the P0783. Please take a look at the diagrams below.

And what are you suggesting I do with those pictures, seems like I need to preform a TC-50A test? Confused on the information you provided.

If I can jump in here it sounds like the PCM might be bad. Can you clear the codes and then without starting the engine turn the key on then rerun the codes? Here is a guide:
