I bought the car without this problem, start by checking the cmp and ckp sensors, and after synchronizing the currents, everything is ok. When you go to verify the diesel supply, verify that the diesel does not flow to the injectors. This is the time I found the first problem to check the high pressure pump. I removed one of the tubes that goes to the injectors and left after pumping with the manual pump that was installed in the filter and noticed that there was nothing. The filter is clean, just replace the SCV, test the cart with the pump under pressure. RE-assemble the cart again with low pressure. What to do now?

To me it sounds like the lift pump (low pressure) is not working. I would remove the pump and then put 12 volts to it to see if it works, also I would make sure it has fuel in it, sometime the fuel level gauge will stop working showing a 1/4 tank when in reality the tank is empty. The lift pump will be inside the tank or on the frame rail. Also please turn the key on and check all fuses. This video will help you.
